Does DoseWindow prescribe medication?
No. DoseWindow organises schedules you enter. It does not prescribe, diagnose, check interactions or provide medical advice.
What does Too Late mean?
It is a timing label calculated from the schedule and window you entered. It does not say whether taking a dose is medically safe.
Does Too Late mean Skipped?
No. A dose remains a decision for you to record as Taken or Skipped.
Why did a notification not make a sound?
Check notification permission, volume, Silent Mode, Focus and system settings. iOS controls final delivery and sound.
How do widgets update?
Widgets show a lightweight local projection and refresh on a schedule controlled by the operating system. Open DoseWindow if information appears stale.
How does iCloud Sync work?
When enabled and available, durable information syncs through your private iCloud database. Confirm the same Apple account is active and iCloud Drive is available.
What happens when I am offline?
You can continue using locally available information. iCloud changes sync when a connection and Apple services are available again.
Can DoseWindow tell me what to do with a missed dose?
No. Follow your medication instructions or ask your pharmacist or healthcare professional if you are unsure.
How do I change or remove a medicine?
Open the medicine in DoseWindow and use its edit, archive or delete controls where available. Review schedule changes before saving.
How do I report an accessibility issue?
Email Accessibility feedback below and describe the screen, assistive technology and what you expected. Avoid unnecessary medication details.
